A Digga is a drill-like enemy that debuts in Super Mario Galaxy 2. Diggas earned their name from a pun on "digger". Mario first encounters them in the Spin-Dig Galaxy. He can destroy them by jumping on them, or with the spin-drill. Digga-Leg also summons Diggas when he is fought. When their stamina is drained as a result of this, Diggas will disappear and leave behind a coin.
Appearance
Digga slightly resembles a drill. He has two angry eyes and a drill on his "nose". He constantly has an angry expression. He is completely limbless, but can still move by burrowing through the ground.
