History
Bruce Banner's history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's.
Banner was often on the run from the U.S. Army which was led by General Ross. Banner eventually sought the aid of his long time friend and doctor Leonard Samson as he was starting to lose control of himself due to the emergence of another persona, the Devil Hulk. With help from the Hulk, Samson and Banner began building a machine that would allow Banner to enter his subconscious and battle the Devil Hulk. As well as fighting off the U.S. Army, Banner also had to fight off the Division and its head Emil Blonsky.
After the Devil Hulk tricked the Hulk into destroying civilian buildings, Samson felt obligated to turn Banner into the authorities. As Blonsky was trying to study Banner's Hulk transformation in the Vault, Banner transformed into the Hulk and chased after Blonsky. Blonsky was forced to reveal that he was the Abomination, a creature Hulk earlier fought off during a rampage. Hulk and Blonsky then escaped from the U.S. Army. Banner forgave Samson after learning that Samson that taken the opportunity to take a part for their machine from the Army. After finishing the machine, Banner used it to enter his subconscious as the Hulk and defeated the Devil Hulk.
Blonsky eventually came out of hiding and broke into the Vault to retrieve something called "Mission Objective". Banner chased after him Blonsky and learned that "Mission Objective" was Blonsky's dying pregnant wife Nadia was mutated into a gamma mutate after Blonsky tried to cure her cancer with gamma radiation, and Blonsky has hoped to use Banner's mutation as a way to reverse it. With his wife dead and his sanity deteriorating by his mutation, Blonsky blamed Banner for his wife's death and swore to make him pay. Blonksy went to a dam, planning to destroy it and drown countless civilians in a nearby city just to spite Banner. Banner managed to defeat Blonsky, but Blonsky was still able to destroy the dam. Banner then stopped the floodwaters by creating a makeshift dam by smashing apart a cliff. General Ross blamed the Hulk from the dam's destruction and sent the Army to apprehend him, forcing Banner to go on the run once again.[1]Notes
