Synopsis for "Dark Dawn"
Dr. Nightshade uses the antidote on herself and John, but before she can administer it to Capwolf, an evil Captain America doppelganger teleports in and attacks. Stabbed with the syringe in the confusion, Capwolf begins reverting to human form during the fight. Dr. Druid senses the doppelganger isn't really alive, so the now human Captain America impales the double on its own bladed shield. Later, as Guardsmen cart away the villains, John tells Cap he has to quit due to feelings of inadequacy when surrounded by heroes. Moonhunter, now free from Dredmund's influence, offers Cap and Druid a ride home. Meanwhile, a Demolition Man doppelganger attacks Dennis, but only the double emerges from the fight.
