History

Howie was a student at Strange Academy, a school created by Stephen Strange to teach the youngest generation of magicians.

During his free time, he would often play Battle Call online with his fellow student Heidi. Once, while he had her cornered, she told him she'd go out with him if he dropped his weapons. He was hesitant at first, since he hadn't asked her out, but Heidi said she knew he wanted to, so he did as he had been told, prompting Heidi to shoot him and win the match. As he started complaining about her deception, she assured him she had been truthful and asked him at what time he would pick her up.
