The Leviathon with the flower mouth was a member of the Leviathon Tide, conquering worlds for its Mother.

It was present in the Leviathon attack on Earth. It was of the first to arrive, crashing in Boston, Massaschusetts where it encountered the Avengers. They fought it until it was struck by Thor (Jane Foster) and killed.
