History
Magneto seemingly had a similar history as his Earth-616 counterpart.
He was involved in brainwashing Deadpool into killing his fellow heroes. Following the murder of the X-Men, Magneto sank into a deep depression and cut ties with the villains. When Deadpool was freed from his programing and started hunting the villains, Max invited him to his base and gave him a flash drive containing the locations of the other villains. Wade contemplated killing him, but instead decided to let him live the rest of his life in guilt.[3]
