Marilyn Monroe was a famous American Hollywood actress.[1][2]
In early 1961, Monroe was rumored to have had of affairs with the President, John F. Kennedy.[3][4], and his brother, Robert F. Kennedy.[citation needed]
In 1962, Monroe sang at John F. Kennedy's birthday celebration, singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President."[3]
In late 1962, Monroe was found dead of a drug overdose and pronounced a possible suicide. Kennedy's involvement is also suspect in the situation.[5]
Legacy
The mutant Lara King had the power of sensory illusion, allowing her to appear as anyone or anything her customers desired. One of he clients asked her to take the form of Monroe.[6]
Deadpool dressed as Monroe when he confronted a Zombie resurrected President Kennedy.[3]
Masque once wore a full-body outfit resembling Monroe.[7]Notes
- In Patsy Walker #104, Patsy Walker used a genie's magical powers to transform herself into a duplicate of Monroe. However, this was in a fictional story written by Dorothy Walker. It is not known if that fictional story was based on a real event in Earth-616 history, but it seems unlikely.
