History
The apartment that Harry Osborn shared with Peter Parker during their time at Empire State University was located just a few blocks from the University itself. The apartment was rented by Harry's father, Norman Osborn, for his son so that he could avoid the daily commute from the Osborn estate in Westchester to the University. Being a fairly large apartment with two separate bedrooms, Harry offered one of the two rooms to his friend Peter Parker.[1]
