Synopsis for "Disorderly Conduct"
Continued from the previous issue...
The Punisher had just arrived at the church and encountered Dagger and Father Mike attempting to question the female about the drug distribution within the area. Meanwhile, Cloak, Jack and Alex watched the Punisher from above on the rooftop. Moments later, Cloak teleported and jumped down, attempting to take down Frank, but the former landed on some trashcans instead. Suddenly, the Julie and Katie arrived as the siblings of the Power Pack, save Jack, intervened and attempted to stop Frank from confronting Cloak and Dagger. Then, Frank claimed that he was there to talk and not fight. Tandy claimed that she heard stories of the Punisher shooting up jaywalkers and people who litter, which he claimed he was involuntarily drugged by prison inmates. Dagger thanked the Power Pack for their help and asked them how they ended up there, which they responded that they followed Frank to her location, as they believed that he was going to hurt them. Frank, then claimed that he would never hurt children and once had a daughter named Lisa Castle, which Katie responded by asking him to tell her a secret. Frank whispered in her ear, then the Power Pack left while Jack was disgusted by and asked Katie what she heard, which she refused to tell and wrote down in a notebook, "Katie Power's War Journal." Suddenly, Phillip arrived and saw Tandy and Father Mike next to Frank, who held a gun. Phillip threatened to attack Frank if the latter had hurt Tandy or Mike, which the priest calmed him down.
Meanwhile, in Kingpin's office, he had received a threatening letter, which he had crumpled up after reading it. Somewhere else in New York City, Rusty was searching Brigid's apartment for clues on her death. Mayhem, who was formerly Brigid O'Reilly, was outside of the window. Tandy was calling Phillip in a phone booth, informing him that she would see him later that night for a birthday party. Later, Tandy went to go visit the former priest Francis Delgado, much to Tyrone's disapproval. Delgado claimed that his faith had been restored and that he was "whole again." After Tandy had left, Delgado asked Mister Jip how he had done with her, which the latter responded by telling him that he would be allowed to live another day.
At the Power Family's apartment, the siblings sang "happy birthday" to Jack, while Margaret set a cake down on their table. Meanwhile, Jim said "happy birthday" to their pet hamster Yoda and fed him. By that time, Phillip and Tandy were both present at the apartment. After the cake was cut, Julie took a piece, walked into one of the bedrooms where Tyrone was hiding and gave him the piece. Next, Julie pulled out a book, sat down, and began to read it with Tyrone.
