Biography
While working at the New York Bulletin Building, Carla managed to survive the assault perpetrated by the man in Daredevil's suit, however, Amber was heavily wounded. Amber was taken to the Riverbank Medical Center where the doctors informed Carla that she was brain-dead.
Carla visited Mitchell Ellison and informed him about the condition of Amber and her family wanted to take her off of life support. Ellison said that she needed to think what Amber would have wanted herself, and Carla said that she would let Ellison know what they decide. Leaving Ellison's room, Carla met Karen Page but passed through her, refusing to speak.[1]
