Brilliant King appears on Paths 7 and 8 of Yomotsu Hirasaka within the Midnight Channel. It will attempt to use its Judgement skill and will also summon a Reckoning Dice to the field. When defeated, it may drop Silver String. Selling ten Silver Strings at the TV extension of Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Haten Robe female armor in the shop.

In Golden, Brilliant King appears on Paths 6 and 7 of Yomotsu Hirasaka. It may attack with Hysterical Slap and heal its allies with Diarahan. In addition, it has Auto-Masuku, making it very difficult to hit. It protects its new weakness to Electricity with Evade Elec. Like other King-type Shadows, it has the ability to summon various enemies such as Gracious Cupid, Rampage Drive, Ptarmigan Panzer, Berserk Turret, Successful Junecy, and Reckoning Dice.
