The Free Romulan movement was an organized resistance group of Romulans on Romulus after its fall to the Confederation of Earth in the 24th century. It was associated with the Romulan uprising. Laris and Zhaban were leaders of this movement. They were killed at the gates of Romulus. (PIC: "Penance")
