Norwegian language

The Norwegian language was an Earth language, from Norway.

When the USS Discovery encountered the Sphere lifeform in 2257, what appeared to be a computer virus caused the universal translator to translate the crew's speech into a chaotic cacophony of languages. When Joann Owosekun tried to speak to Keyla Detmer, she was translated into Norwegian: "Jeg kan ikke forstå noe som helst." (DIS: "An Obol for Charon")

Owosekun's statement translates to "I can’t understand anything at all." and was captioned as "My controls have gone crazy. I can't read anything."
