Susan Boyd (born 31 March 1947; age 77) is a hair stylist who worked on the three Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episodes "Darmok", "Ensign Ro" and "Silicon Avatar". In 1991, Boyd received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for her work on the television series Dark Shadows.
Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Boyd started to work in the hair department in the 1980s on projects such as the music drama Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains (1982, with makeup artist Mark Bussan), Harry Tracy, Desperado (1982), Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (1983, with Rob Burman, Thomas R. Burman, Steve LaPorte, and Ellis Burman), The Glitter Dome (1984), as hair stylist for Kristy McNichol on the television drama Love, Mary (1985), the thriller The Stepfather (1987, starring Terry O'Quinn), Who's Harry Crumb? (1989, with Steve LaPorte and Dione Taylor), The Trial of the Incredible Hulk (1989, with Marta Dubois and John Rhys-Davies), and Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989, with Kane Hodder).

More recently, Boyd worked as hair department head and key hair stylist on the television series Eureka (2010-2011) and Torchwood (2011), as assistant hair stylist on the comedy sequel The Day the Earth Stood Still (2012), and as hair department head on the pilot episode of This American Housewife (2012, with Jonathan del Arco and Jeffrey Nordling).
