Tetrovaline

Spocks medical files - treatment plan
Part of Spock's recommended treatment plan (2257)

Tetrovaline was a sedative medical drug used to knock a person unconscious. One side effect was a lowered immune response.

According to his medical file, Spock's physician recommended that he be treated with tetrovaline, as well as dylamadon, melorazine, axonol, and cortropine, when he had himself admitted to the psychiatric unit of Starbase 5. (DIS: "Point of Light")

It was also carried aboard the Delta Flyer. In 2376, when Crewman Telfer had a dark matter lifeform inside him, he asked to be put under with tetrovaline, but Captain Janeway refused because he needed to keep his immune response up. (VOY: "Good Shepherd")
