Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born 13 July 1962; age 62) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian who played various characters in Star Trek: Lower Decks.

He is best known for providing the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants on SpongeBob SquarePants (with Clancy Brown as SpongeBob's employer Mr. Krabs). He is one of the handful of actors who have appeared in both Star Wars and Star Trek, having portrayed Nute Gunray in the Clone Wars animated spinoff.

He also voiced Heffer in Rocko's Modern Life, the Narrator, the Mayor and other characters in The Powerpuff Girls, Dog in CatDog, Eduardo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Scoutmaster Lumpus and Slinkman in Camp Lazlo, Cupid in The Fairly OddParents, and the Ice King in Adventure Time.
