The UFP Treaty Office was a Federation agency responsible for assisting Starfleet ship masters on issues related to treaties. A master's request for assistance would be channeled through a subspace relay station to this agency. It's main office was located in the Sol Sector. The office was mentioned in the Treaty of Armens. (TNG: "The Ensigns of Command")
The office was more exactly referred to as the "UFP Treaty Office". It is unclear how it related to the Federation Bureau of Planetary Treaties, which was also mentioned in a similar role in the treaty.
