Aldebaran sea bass

Aldebaran sea bass was an edible fish presumably native to a planet in the Aldebaran system

In 2378 Captain Jean-Luc Picard served a replicated Aldebaran sea bass as part of a fancy dinner with Doctor Beverly Crusher. Picard had not been able to perfectly replicate the distinctive taste of the fish. Picard selected a wine from a Cestus III vineyard to compliment the meal. (TNG novel: A Time to Harvest)
