Benson Development Corporation was an Federation-based company of the 22nd or the 23rd century.
The company was founded by Luther Benson. On reference stardate 1/2706, the Benson Development Corporation bought the Orion Colony of Votannis, with Luther Benson paying 7 million credits to the Orion leader Mighty Golenz and his family.
