Chalna

Chalna also known as Kaus Borealis V was a planet in the Kaus Borealis system and is the homeworld of the Chalnoth civilization, a people who have no laws or organized system of government.

History and specifics

In 2354, the Stargazer visited Chalna to negotiate the Federation withdrawal of from Ynathaia. Captain Jean-Luc Picard accepted a trial by combat and successfully won the colony more time. (TNG episode: "Allegiance", TNG comic: "Children of Chaos")
