Ellwood Neil was a male Starfleet medical technician serving in the late 24th century.
By 2381, Ellwood served aboard the USS Enterprise-E under Doctor Beverly Crusher. During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the Enterprise traveled to the Azure Nebula to determine the source of the Borg Collective's incursions, and engaged several Borg cubes.
