The Falcon-class destroyer was a type of starship used by the Romulan Star Empire.
History and specifics
The Falcon-class were designed to replace the Talon-class scout ships in the role of a high speed combat vessel that would be capable of defending itself for use in high risk insertion operations as well as escort missions. The Falcon features additional weapon mounts to make the ship more formidable in battle should it find itself unable to engage its cloaking device or if was incapable of escaping its enemies.
