Londar Parva was a Bajoran male who lived in the 24th century.
In 2374, Londar was on Deep Space 9 shortly before the invasion of Cardassia in the Dominion War. Whilst there he made the mistake of knocking Elim Garak into a perfume display on the Promenade. Garak followed Londar into the crowds and tripped him, knocking two others over in the process and starting a fight.
Londar later sought revenge on Garak, cornering him with the assistance of two friends and beating him; Garak was saved by the intervention of Kira Nerys. (DS9 novel: A Stitch in Time)
