Noh is a type of Japanese theater.
In the 2360s decade, Keiko O'Brien staged Noh performances aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise. Miles O'Brien tried to participate, but found practicing the speeches and deliberate movements difficult. He also disliked wearing the masks. (DS9 novel: The Tempest)
