Partnership of Civilizations

The Partnership of Civilizations was an interstellar nation-state with members from multiple species and worlds, located in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant near Klingon Empire space. The Partnership relied on the Ware artificial intelligence to function and was destroyed soon after a botched^[1] first contact with the Federation in the 2160s decade.
