Biography
By 2160, Stiles held the rank of commander, and served as the commanding officer of Earth Outpost 1 near the newly established Romulan Neutral Zone.
On 9 November 2160, he welcomed Jonathan Archer and First Minister T'Pau to the station and accompanied them to the signing of the peace treaty between the Coalition of Planets and the Romulan Star Empire. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
