Roger McCoy is a writer and winner of the Strange New Worlds contest. He lives in Massachusetts. He has also contributed to the unauthorized Doctor Who charity collections Time Shadows and Time Shadows: Second Nature, as did John Peel.
McCoy is one of several authors who have produced annotations for their published works.
