History
In 2409, Starfleet paid Captain Broxx with energy credits for zenite ore, which Merak II was in dire need of. Despite receiving the payment, Broxx evaded Starfleet's efforts to collect the ore. Starfleet dispatched a starship to apprehend Broxx in the Muso system. They found Broxx's vessel, the Shadow's Folly, in orbit of Muso Prime but Broxx was not aboard. An away team apprehended him on the surface and negotiated a deal. (STO mission: "Muso System Patrol")
