Centurion Sitav was a Romulan soldier at the time of the Earth-Romulan War.
In 2159, Sitav was part of the military force that took the Ejhoi Ormiin base located on Gasko II. Sitav reported to Terix that warp seven capable vessels had been discovered in the base. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
