Wusekl was a male Chameloid who, in 2372 on the planet Triex, was arrested after witnesses saw him change form. Fearing that he was a Dominion Changeling, the Supreme Magisterial Authority of Triex, Artrin na Yel, ordered in emergency session that Wusekl be imprisoned, without a trial.
Following Artrin's resignation as SMA in 2373 to join the Federation Council, Wusekl was released by the new SMA, but under the condition that he not reveal the circumstances of his imprisonment to anyone. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
