As the email was sent namely due to the WMF-mandated security requirements outlined at Interface administrators not being met, I also had to temporarily suspend the user's interface adminship at nlwiki and nlwiktionary. I will restore the rights as well as grant this request once Bdijkstra responds confirming they have taken action, and I will send them a second email to notify them of this temporary removal.
