Don't usurp _target user. _target user has made 19 edits, and the _target user is not notified on their home wiki (dewiki). Could I have my name switched back to Sorvis in lieu of him please? I have an extension I've written for mediawiki and have valid edits in contrast to the other guy who edited his university page to include his own name. While other sites have the account , " Mr. ちゅらさん" （Mr.=Mister　is English）was unified , when moving from MASA Wikinews only the old account , Mr. ちゅらさん can not be migrated to , has created a forced account as " ミスターちゅらさん " .

However , in order to unified account , in addition to once cancel the account of " ミスターちゅらさん " （ミスター=Mister is Japanese）in the wiki news , be integrated into an integrated account , " Mr. Chura -san" , so as not to be misunderstood as a double account I wanted to receive .

  Not done Sorry, but this request is problematic on several levels. First off, both your accounts are blocked on the Japanese Wiki, for sock puppetry, and long term vandalism. You are community banned on that wiki. That alone is grounds for declining this request. Secondly, you are requesting an account merge, and by the looks of it, to try an bypass the block on the local account, (I may have misread the translation).
