About me

I live in Berlin, Germany. My academic background includes global politics and international relations (Dr. rer. pol., Freie Universität Berlin), political science and political philosophy, and philosophy. I've worked as an academic and expert researcher as well as an editor. My work has mostly focused on how contemporary information and communication technologies shape, limit, and empower the political and digital agency of civil societies at the global and local scale.

My work

I'm responsible for shaping and leading the Legal Department’s advocacy communications for diverse audiences of external and internal stakeholders. I work with the Global Advocacy team and colleagues across multiple departments (including Legal, Communications, Advancement, and Product & Tech), as well as Wikimedia affiliates, allies, and active volunteers, to produce high-quality public policy advocacy communications.
