Suspected LTA

This may be a suspected LTA, with a pattern of 'offensive' edits at Wikinews and other sites, They may also be account hopping, as I've seen the same pattern under a number of user names. I suspect that the request they made here was related to my reverts and attempts to raise concerns with local project admins at English Wikinews. Some of the previous accounts are already Globally locked, but I'm not aware if there have been any checkuser or LTA protocol contacts with the originating ISP yet. User is evading a global lock, thus every new sockpuppet should be locked as well. I'll add a stern warning to the documentational page.
