The Mrs Mills piano, also known as the Abbey Road piano, was a piano in EMI Recording Studios. Patented by Sallinger & Sons, it was originally used by Mrs Mills, and was the piano that The Beatles would play on their greatest hits, including "Penny Lane" and "Lady Madonna".
When facing off against Maestro in the studio, the Fifteenth Doctor made use of the piano with the knowledge that it was "rattling with all the potential to send [them] back to hell." He played a ragtime tune on it before Maestro declared a "music battle". He then played a classical piece and several other melodies, being joined by Ruby Sunday. After Maestro broke their violin, the Doctor managed to play the first six notes of the Lost Chord on the piano, but hit a "bum note", which allowed Maestro to retaliate, causing the piano to speed through the doors and into the corridor. Paul McCartney and John Lennon found it there and completed the chord on the piano, banishing Maestro into it. (TV: The Devil's Chord [+]Loading...["The Devil's Chord (TV story)"])
