Divine beasts, with grace replete. Finally, the twain shall meet.
My queen, my queen, smite the earth with your thunder.
My king, my king, let storm tear the clouds asunder.
With lightning and hurricane, we sear and slice.
For we are the architects of true paradise.
Let us form our final bond. To rule the world and all beyond. The Allmother, Source of the Rampage
Narwa the Allmother is a Variant of Thunder Serpent Narwa introduced in Monster Hunter Rise.
Appearance
Upon achieving this form, Narwa the Allmother gains eight gold orbs in her belly thundersac. Several of her thundersacs and tails elongate and become bright purple, and her eyes can alternate between yellow and red. Her golden skin also becomes dark purple like that of Apex Monsters.
Like her standard form and her mate, Narwa the Allmother is usually found suspended upside-down in the air.
Abilites
Thunder Serpent Narwa achieves the Allmother state by consuming Wind Serpent Ibushi's lifeforce as part of the serpents' natural life cycle. This allows Narwa to harness the power to control the wind, and also enhances her power over electricity. This also causes the eggs inside her to be fertilized.
Narwa the Allmother as a whole attacks similarly to her original form, such as by summoning balls and rings of electricity; however, they are now stronger, faster, and have a wider range. In addition to her enhanced mastery over lightning, she inherits her mate Ibushi's powers over wind and some of his moves, allowing her to create blasts of wind and summon strong gales to suck in hunters or blow them away. Her control over electromagnetism is also improved to the point where she can lift multiple buried Dragonators from the ground and make them spin in circles, while using her power over wind to draw hunters towards them.
Like her standard form and her mate, Narwa the Allmother's electromagnetism will occasionally summon floating stone platforms that hunters must get on top of to avoid attacks that cover the entire arena and deal devastating damage, as well as Rampage installations that can be used to damage her while she's firing said attacks.
Behavior
Narwa the Allmother is much more aggressive than her Thunder Serpent self, as she is now driven by a desire to protect her fertilized eggs from danger after mating with Ibushi. Narwa percieves all other life as threats to her offspring and will do anything to protect the eggs, attacking and destroying anything that gets in her way. In this state, Narwa is an extremely dangerous threat on an ecosystem-wide scale; her abilities are considered legendary and peerless within the Kamura region, and she is capable of easily defeating apex predators like Magnamalo/Scorned Magnamalo, or even other Elder Dragons such as Teostra, Kushala Daora, and Malzeno.

Hunting Tips
Narwa's ability to now command the wind like Ibushi as well as employ her usual attacks makes her twice as deadly. Keep your eye on her stance as she attacks so you aren't caught off guard. Attack the areas on her body that have accumulated energy to give yourself the edge over her.

Notes
General Notes
- Narwa the Allmother serves as the final story boss of the Hub Quests alongside Wind Serpent Ibushi.
- This Quest is unlocked by reaching HR 50.
- Narwa the Allmother's Japanese name translates to "Origin of a Hundred Dragons", referencing the Japanese name for the Rampage ("Night of a Hundred Dragons").
- Narwa the Allmother's ultimate attack appears to be a combination of the ultimate attacks of Amatsu, Ahtal-Ka, Thunder Serpent Narwa, and Safi'jiiva.
- This could be a tribute to Yasunori Ichinose, since Amatsu, Ahtal-Ka and Thunder Serpent Narwa are the final bosses of the three games he personally directed (Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate and Monster Hunter Rise itself).
- Narwa the Allmother is the second Variant to be introduced in the same game as its standard version, preceded by Rusted Kushala Daora in Monster Hunter 2 and followed by Primordial Malzeno in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
- Narwa the Allmother is the second monster species to perform sexual cannibalism, the first being Seltas Queen and Seltas (not counting their desert variants).
- While not fully explained in the English localization of Monster Hunter Rise, the Japanese version clarifies that this is a natural part of the reproductive cycle of Narwa and Ibushi.
- Narwa the Allmother was voted 153rd place in the Hunters' Choice for Top Monster during Monster Hunter's 20th Anniversary.[1]
Monster Hunter Rise
- Narwa the Allmother was added to Monster Hunter Rise in the 3.0 Title Update on May 27, 2021.
- Narwa the Allmother can engage in a fight with Magnamalo, Kushala Daora, or Teostra (depending on which appears) upon reaching her second phase. This gives the player an opportunity to use Wyvern Riding to cause major damage to Narwa.
- The exact reason for this is unknown, although it has been hypothesized that they were somehow drawn to her power or saw her as a major threat.
- Magnamalo seems to be guaranteed to appear the first time a player reaches that point of the fight.
- As of Sunbreak, Malzeno and Scorned Magnamalo can also potentially show up to battle Narwa during Master Rank. Malzeno will be guaranteed to appear during the MR 30 Urgent Quest, while Scorned Magnamalo appears very rarely compared to the others.
- The music that plays during Narwa the Allmother's first phase contains a combination of the instrumental (as well as a small portion of the vocals) of "Lady of Lightning" and the vocals of "Breath of Ire".
- The music that plays during her second phase is "Proof of a Hero - Rise Version".
- While flying up to use her dragonator and lightning sphere attack, Narwa the Allmother is unable to be slain, able to stay at 1 health until she floats back down from firing the lightning sphere.
- Narwa the Allmother is available to fight in Master Rank upon reaching MR 30.
- Unlike in the HR versions of the fight, the first phase with Ibushi is absent and the players will immediately engage Narwa the Allmother.
- It gains some new physical and breath attacks, occasionally recovers from downs quicker and sends additional rings to hit hunters during it's ultimate attack.
- Narwa gains a new attack where it stabs its tail into the ground before sending electricity from it.
- Narwa gains a new attack where it floats in the air surrounded in electricity before performing both a light and heavy body slam. Electric attacks will unfurl after after the heavy slam.
- When performing the attack where multiple rings appear above Narwa, an additional ring is added and Narwa can now suck players towards her during this attack.
- Narwa the Allmother gains an upgraded attack from Thunder Serpent Narwa where she creates six balls of thunder that can transform into either larger balls or rings.
