Kebebasan bergerak (freedom of movement) ialah suatu konsep hak asasi manusia yang merangkumi hak individu merantau atau berpindah dari tempat ke tempat dalam sesebuah negara,^[1] serta juga meninggalkan dan kembali ke sesebuah negara itu. Hak ini tidak sahaja melibatkan sahaja melawat tempat tertentu tetapi juga perbuatan merubah tempat kediamaan atau bekerja individu tersebut.^[1]^[2]
