Benjamin Lehmann has been a producer on Sesame Street and related projects. He began as a production secretary during Season 34, moving to associate producer for Season 37 and later full producer and senior producer. By Season 48, he served as supervising producer. In 2017, he was named executive producer for the series.
Lehmann has also occasionally been credited as an associate director and has been full director of various episodes, the special The Magical Wand Chase, and the on-location cold open for Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration. He also directed episodes of The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo.
Beginning in Season 47, he was credited with the writing staff and wrote song lyrics for "Clothesline Number Twenty Song" and "Dancing is Easy."
