Pickey Mickey likes all things that are nice and icky. He comes into Mopatop's Shop looking for an icky mud pie in the episode "Hug a Bug".
His puppet resembles one of the Inkspots from Fraggle Rock, but with beady eyes and glasses replacing the usual Inkspot eyes.
