Notes:
- Version 5 (with Vivitar promo sleeve) was released in Germany
- Version 3 and version 4 (the two club editions) were apparently released by Bertelsmann Club in Germany.
- There should be a sunburst labels version without asterisk, but I've not yet seen one.
- So far I've not compiled the differences in the hype sticker, inner insert, and inner sleeve. See the links to my copies to get an idea.
- There are mispressed copies with side 2 CBS red label on both sides.
- Please have a look at your copies and tell me if you have one that's any different from the ones I listed.
