In this all-new illustrated collection of three short stories, Nya must look within to find the strength to defeat her foes.

Extended: Three original adventure stories from the LEGO NINJAGO world aligning with the TV Show storyline. In the first story, a famous reporter, Gayle Gossip, runs an investigation to solve the mystery of strange events occurring in Ninjago City: unusual water activity and the odd behavior of water animals. Narrated by Nya herself, the second story introduces a mother-daughter conflict when Nya's mother arrives to help her daughter regain control of her powers. In the third story, the ninja set out on a mission to uncover the source of a power signal that is disrupting marine life and Nya's powers. When the vessel gets attacked by a deep-sea creature, help comes from an unexpected side.
