Cuore is allegiant to Kardia. He loves music so much that he incorporates musical terms and solfège into his normal speech.[3]

History
One Piece Premier Show 2021
Cuore helped Kardia followed the Straw Hat Pirates to Wano Country and to get revenge on Luffy and Law for defeating Doflamingo.[1]
He was in charge of the executions performed by the New Donquixote Family, nearly managing to drown Chopper, Usopp, Tama, and Bepo after they beaten by Tigerman, Llamaman, and Kardia. However, he was foiled by Law, who used Shambles to quickly get them to safety.
When Kardia lost the umbrella made by Ace, Cuore helped battle the pirates, fighting Roronoa Zoro, but he was quickly defeated.[4]

- Kardia and his subordinates have names that mean "heart" in different languages, with cuore being Italian.
