Judge is a cabinet minister from Royal Sun Island. He appears in Legend of the Rainbow Island.[1]

Appearance
Judge is an older man with short hair and a small moustache. He wears thin glasses.
In his sprite, he is depicted with white hair, while in his portrait, he is depicted with brown hair.
History
Past
When King Fist announced the Royal Combat, there was an influx of thugs to the island, and Judge advised him to try and handle it.
Legend of the Rainbow Island
Judge visited Round Village to reduce the villagers worries. He spoke to a group of men from the village, including Mitt, but was unable to ease their concerns.
After the 20th Royal Combat, Judge was present at Fist's award ceremony. When Dias interrupted Fist, Judge got mad at him for disrespecting the king, but Fist allowed Dias to continue speaking.
Later, when the Straw Hats left the island, Judge bid them farewell from Royal Sun Island Port alongside other islanders.
