Julian Hatt XIII[2] is a tanuki who acts as Chinpy's hat.
Appearance
Julian Hatt XIII is a small tanuki with a striped tail. He is often sleeping, during which he wraps his tail around himself to look like a Straw Hat.
When Chinpy reacts to something, Julian Hatt XIII tends to imitate him.

Twenty years later, Julian Hatt XIII continues to accompany Chinpy, even staying with him when he got arrested by the Marines.
