Monda is an orange shark with yellow stars on him in the upper side of his body. It wears a red mask-like hood with black stripes. In the manga his underbelly is dark orange.

Personality
It is devious and sneaky. It is also good friends with Capote, and assisted him together with Porche in the first race of the Davy Back Fight, the Donut Race.
Abilities and Powers
It is a powerful swimmer by nature. It is able to "combine" with Capote by putting the Fish-Man's legs in its mouth to swim even faster. This is called the Two-fish Engine.

Water 7 Saga
Long Ring Long Land Arc
Porche, Capote and Monda in their boat Cutie Wagon.
During the start of the Davy Back Fight, Monda was the one pulling the Cutie Wagon along with Porche and Capote in the Donut Race across the water. Thanks to Foxy's Noro Noro no Mi abilities, Monda, Porche, and Capote managed to win the Donut Race.
After the Davy Back Fight he and the rest of the crew sailed off as Foxy vows revenge on Luffy.
Sometime during the timeskip Monda left Foxy's crew for unknown reasons. [3]
