The Killer Whale Pirates are a veteran pirate crew captained by Kujira. They are based out of the island of Bedrock.

Crew Strength
While only the the captain and first mate have been seen in battle so far, they are known to be incredibly powerful fighters. Kujira has proven capable of easily defeating a rear admiral the caliber of Henry Benjamin in one-on-one combat. She is also a Devil Fruit user that ate the Kuji Kuji no Mi, Model: Orca, granting her the immense strength of the orca whale, as well as its ability to produce hypersonic waves.[2] Madeleine Kix, the first mate, while stated to be less than half as strong as her captain, is shown to be strong enough to defeat Guinness D. World in one blow, despite the rookie pirate's training for the New World (although, it should be stated that Guinness had no knowledge of Haki prior to her altercation with the Killer Whale Pirates).[3] The crew is also known for their skill in training other pirate crews, with Kujira and Kix in particular being incredibly skilled in using and teaching others how to use Haki.[4] After allying with the Everything Pirates, their crew also gained access to many powerful allies.[5]
History
Past
The Killer Whale Pirates were founded sometime after Kujira had left the Golden Axe Pirates. Kujira later relocated her crew to Fort de Rocher in order to train other pirates.[1]
Pirates in Paradise
When marine forces led by Rear Admiral Henry Benjamin attacked Fort de Rocher, the rest of the Killer Whale Pirates evacuated while Kujira stayed behind to meet the one who had uncovered Golden Axe's treasure, eventually finding herself in combat against Benjamin.[1][6] After a brief battle, Kujira easily defeated Benjamin and she and her crew escaped Fort de Rocher.[6]
Fist to Block! Bedlam in Bedrock
Following the events in Fort de Rocher, the Killer Whale Pirates began recruiting new rookie pirate crews on their way back to the New World in order to once again begin training the next generation. During a resupply, the crew encountered Guinness D. World, attempting to pick a fight with Kujira and Kix so that she could take their supplies instead. Kix easily defeated Guinness in battle, and Kujira convinced the rookie pirate to train with them in the New World.[3] The Killer Whale Pirates then went to train in Bedrock.[4]
World Rend Saga
The Golden Flame
As a part of a test, Kujira accompanied Henry Avery to the island of Nemea, offering an alliance with her crew if they performed to her expectations. Avery and his crew were able to conquer Nemea, and as such the Killer Whale Pirates allied with the Everything Pirates. They then took several members of the Everything Pirates to Bedrock in order to train.[5]
