Description of how the tool will be used at WMF
Marvin will be deployed alongside the existing mobile site for a single wiki and a small cohort of that wiki's users, both logged in and out, will be asked if they want to try it.
Dependencies
- RESTBase: Both the Mobile-Content-Service and Page Content Service while Marvin is migrated from the former to the latter.
