WhatLinksHere unconditionally shows "No pages link to..." when any of the "Hide..." links are toggled
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Currently, viewing a page's WhatLinksHere and toggling any of the "Hide transclusions", "Hide links", or "Hide redirects" settings, where there are no links to show, will result in the message "No pages link to [...]." However, this is often not accurate; reversing the selected toggles would show pages linking to the current page, unless it's orphaned. A better message in this case would be something along the lines of "No pages link to [...] with the current search settings."

Note that in the case of no incoming links due to filtering the results by namespace (including when the "Invert selection" checkbox is toggled), a more appropriate message is already displayed: "No pages link to [...] in the chosen namespace." This message is still displayed if any of the "Hide ..." settings are also toggled.

Somewhat related to T22789.
