Description

ProQuest isn't indexed in EBSCO Discovery Service, however they have a way to set up a widget which, when clicked, duplicates a search in ProQuest with the correct holdings selected.

We followed the steps in the instructions but because we want users to be able to search without going through EZProxy, but be proxied when they attempt to exit to ProQuest, it didn't work. EBSCO are now working on a technical fix.

Event Timeline

At present this button is in the right-hand sidebar, but doesn't work. It's only visible if the sidebar is expanded. We'll set this to be expanded by default once the button is working.

Latest update from EBSCO: "we are still working on creating this ProQuest button for your EDS. There seem to have been some changes to proxy handling on the ProQuest side that we are working to accommodate"
