admin: add Aline Bruenger to ldap_only admins (wmde,nda) | operations/puppet | production | +4 -0 |
@Aline_Bruenger_WMDE do you perhaps mean the wmde ldap group? I don't see any other folks from wmde who are part of the wmf group.
Hi all, the NDA has been signed and completed for WMDE LDAP group access. Please proceed with the request. Thanks!
Hi @Aline_Bruenger_WMDE can you please provide the email with which you've registered your developer account on wikitech?
Thanks!
Apologies for the delay, Aline is indeed a new WMDE employee. They're not in my department though.
for WMDE employees the normal procedure is to add them to the groups "wmde" and "nda" but NOT to "wmf".
'wmde' is for access in certain Gerrit repos and 'nda' should cover other web logins.

Hi @Aline_Bruenger_WMDE we still need your help to get this moving. Please register a user on the wikitech wiki at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/ and let us know when that has happened and which email address you used. Best, Daniel
Nevermind, I found the user in LDAP and know the WMDE email format. No worries, patch is incoming.
Change 816213 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn; author: Dzahn):
[operations/puppet@production] admin: add Aline Bruenger to ldap_only admins (wmde, nda)
Change 816213 merged by Volans:
[operations/puppet@production] admin: add Aline Bruenger to ldap_only admins (wmde, nda)
@Aline_Bruenger_WMDE I've added your uses to the LDAP groups wmde and nda. You should be good to go now.
Could you please confirm that you've access and resolve this task if all is good?
Thanks
